[The Higher Path](https://thehigherpath.com/ "The Higher Path website") has been on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks since 2013. Named Best Dispensary in Los Angeles by *LA Weekly*, it has been run for more than a decade by owner Jerred Kiloh as a community fixture "by patients, for patients." It runs a loyalty program regulars genuinely love and pay attention to, with a high-volume operation where every minute of staff time counts. The program wasn't the problem. The patchwork underneath it was.

## The Challenge: Three Systems, One Missing Link

On paper, The Higher Path had every piece a modern dispensary needs: a POS, an eCommerce menu, and a loyalty platform. In practice, the pieces didn't talk to each other where it mattered most.
